The best family friendly beaches in West Cornwall
 Carbis Bay beach Porthreptor or Barrepta beach is probably better known as Carbis Bay and a halt on the St. Erth to St Ives railway branch line.
 Chapel Porth beach There is NO beach at Chapel Porth at high tide and swimming is prohibited. At low tide however, the sea retreats to exhibit fine golden sand.
