Tours of the Orchard & Vineyard are available every Wednesday,Thursday and Friday between April and November, They commence at 2 pm.
Our guided tours cover a walk through the Cornish Orchard and then up to the vines, the heart of our Cornish vineyard. We give you plenty of information about the apple varieties, grape types, and our care and pruning regimes.
Then we return to a talk about the production operations in the winery, this covers the various processes from pressing the fruit, for our Cornish Cider and Cornish Wine, the fermentation and how the method traditionnelle is used to make our English sparkling wine in Cornwall! Then across to our shop for a product tasting! Price £10 per person and includes a taste of 6 wines / aval / cider Mar - Nov.
