This traditional cottage is positioned close to many sandy beaches along the north coast, which can easily be reached via the nearby coast path. Watergate Bay is one of the closest and hosts the famous Jamie Oliver restaurant, which is well worth a visit. You will also be just a few miles from the bustling seaside resort of Newquay, which is famous for its Summer festivals and spectacular surfing beaches, along with its many shops, restaurants, pubs, boating lake and sports centre with a splash fun pool. Many local attractions to suit all tastes include Crealy Adventure Park, Go Karting Centre, Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium and much more. Venture a little further and visit St Ives, Padstow, Falmouth or The Eden Project which are all within a 40 minute drive.

Quackers Corner is only 2 miles from Mawgan Porth, which is shielded on both sides by cliffs. It has soft white sand, rock pools, caves and magical sunsets. The surf school on the beach is ideal for beginners. Alternatively, Newquay is only 8 miles away and is known as the UK surf capital as well as having a range of sandy beaches. If that all sounds too energetic then relax on the patio with a good book or a glass of wine.
