A truly magnificent town house overlooking the Penryn river, once owned by a Packet Ship Captain. This 4 bedroom house has recently been refurbished to a high standard with antique furniture, period features and modern fixtures and fittings. Set in a picturesque location, this is an ideal base for all holiday activities, yet only a short walk into Falmouth. At the front of the house is a small lawn with path leading to the front door. Large entrance hall off which is the comfortable sitting room with stripped floors and rugs, an open fireplace and CD HiFi, with views over the river.

Behind this is the library-snug, with a flat screen colour television and DVD player, also french doors leading out to the rear terrace. This part of the garden is a sun trap with steps leading up into the rear garden. Through the large dining room you come to the modern fully equipped fitted kitchen, with gas hob and built in oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, with a door leading out to the rear garden. On the ground floor is a downstairs cloakroom and door leading to the cellar.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master double and children's bunk bedroom have views over the river. To the rear is the second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
