Situated at Carleen, near Helston, the Cottage is built around an old miner's cottage nestled in wooded countryside, sheltered from all winds and a natural suntrap. The house is surrounded by a pretty mature garden which is available to the guests. It is away from the road, with private parking, there is a separate children's play area with swings, slide and sandpit. Dogs are welcome, suitable footpaths lead directly off the cottage.

At Little Pengwedna Farmhouse B&B we’ve created an welcoming atmosphere which is apparent as soon as you enter the farmhouse. We want you to be as relaxed and as comfortable as possible during your stay with us, which is why we have paid particular attention to the furnishings and decor throughout. Falmouth is within 12 miles, with busy port, boat rides, many shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Plus we are not far from the North Cornish Coast with all it's rugged beauty, great surfing, many amazing walks and much more. Halftides is a delightful cosy-chic 2 bedroom cottage with spectacular sea views and its own private path that leads down to the golden sands of Polurrian Beach. You can sit peacefully in your garden and watch the sea or take a 5 minute stroll down to the beach, or if you are feeling more energetic you can walk the cliff path - in one direction to Mullion harbour and Kynance or in the other direction to Poldhu Beach and Gunwalloe.

Set in the heart of the village of St Keverne on the magnificent Lizard Peninsula, Old Temperance House is a lovingly renovated 500 year old character property, offering a range of bedrooms with private luxury shower or en suite bathrooms. A morning newspaper can also be delivered to your room on request. Traditional English, Continental or Cornish continental breakfast is served in our dining room. We only use local produce for our traditional breakfast, free range eggs from our local farms and meats from our local award winning butcher, Retallacks.

There is a very comfortable lounge for you to relax in and for evening dining there are two pubs in the Square: The White Hart and The Three Tuns, both serving food. The highly recommended Greenhouse Organic Restaurant is nearby and there are many more eating venues just a short drive away.

As much as we love them, we cannot accept children under the age of 12 in the house, but we welcome them in our self catering cottage. We do not however accept dogs in the house or cottage.

There are no road-traffic noises to disturb you, as Pentreath Lane is an unmade road, and you will hear no more than the occasional tractor, cow, chicken or dog. Step outside the gate and the coast path will bring you to the sea within minutes.
