"Location, location, location" - We have it all. Tucked down a quiet country lane, we offer peace and tranquillity in a beautiful setting, yet in close proximity to the many delights Cornwall has to offer. Padstow is only 4 miles by car, a glorious 40 minute walk by foot. The north coasts' famous sandy beaches are just a 10 to 15 minute drive away and the world renowned Eden Project is just 17 miles.

What we offer is a stay in a family home, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We have two double and one twin rooms, all with en suite bathrooms with bath and shower over and colour televisions. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each bedroom and the house is centrally heated. There is a separate lounge for guests with colour television and video/DVD. We normally (except in the case of late arrivals) offer our guests tea and coffee on arrival in our guest lounge, and usually home made cake, made with our own eggs (subject to laying!). We are happy to provide a full English breakfast or any variation, served around our large farmhouse table.

Morley's Cottage is a traditional Cornish fisherman's cottage nestling in the heart of the historic fishing village of Port Isaac. It sleeps 4 and the main bedroom has views of the picturesque harbour and sea. It has exposed beams, slate walls and a cosy log burning fire. At night, when the tide is in, you can lie in bed and hear the sea. The cottage is just steps away from the beach. It has two bedrooms, a double with sea views and a bunk bed room; a bathroom with bath, Mira Sport Shower and w.c. Downstairs there is a sitting/dining room with colour TV, DVD player and table and chairs and the fitted kitchen has a traditional slate floor, stainless steel oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer together with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. Halgabron Mill self catering cottages are situated on the North Cornish coast of South West England. They lie in St. Nectan’s Glen, a densely wooded valley located between the villages of Tintagel and Boscastle. The Mill takes its name from the small hamlet of Halgabron which lies immediately above it, towards Tintagel. The main building complex consists of a three storied former water mill, believed to date from the 18th century, with a substantial house attached and with a second cottage adjoining its north corner. It ceased to be a working mill in the late 1800's. There are four cottages that may be rented for accommodation.

We operate a non-smoking policy within the rooms and unfortunately cannot take dogs due to our own brood. Our facilities do not enable us to accommodate any persons under the age of 16 years and our rooms are on the first and second floor with no facility for the disabled.
