Greystone B&B

Greystone Pool is a family run bed & breakfast concern located in a lovely rural location in South East Cornwall, just 5 minutes drive from the very popular resort of Looe and even less from the famous old smuggling village of Polperro. All rooms are strictly non-smoking, however guests are free to smoke outside under cover. From July 1st 2007, it will be an offence to smoke in public places and we hope that we are not forced by legislation to cancel the above arrangement for our guests who enjoy a smoke. Dependant on availability, there are standard (shared bathroom) and ensuite rooms. All the rooms are central heated with double glazing, are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable with country views. Standard rooms are equipped with hand basins, shaver points, remote TV, clock radio alarms. All ensuite rooms are equipped with Freeview digital TV and our superior ensuites also have DVD/CD players. From the moment of your arrival, John & Barbara will make you feel welcome with the added personal touch of freshly made tea or coffee just to settle you in. Free level onsite parking is available covered by CCTV. Whatever your delights we are sure you will find Greystone Pool the ideal base to visit Cornwall's multitude of attractions. Discounts There are no charges for children under 2 years of age for which we will supply a travel cot free of charge if required. Please not that you must supply your own bedding and food for the child. Children 3 years to 5 years of age are accepted at 1/3 of the adult price during any period, when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 6 years to 11 years of age are accepted at 1/2 of the adult price during any period, when sharing a room with 2 adults. Children 12 years and over are charge at full adult rate during any period, whether sharing a room or not. PLEASE NOTE:- We have a minimum stay policy of 3 nights during July and August unless availablity is shown for less. Example 1:- Where a room is shown available for 1 night with the dates on either side showing FULL, then we will accept a 1 night booking for that room at normal room rates. Example 2:- Where a room is shown available for 2 nights consecutively with the dates on either side showing FULL, then the room must be booked for 2 nights, at normal room rates.

The Sunray is a no-nonsense family run B&B where your comfort and enjoyment of your stay our primary concern. Built in 1825, these Grade 2 listed town houses are spread over 3 floors, offering a choice of comfortable single, double and triple rooms with en-suite. Our breakfasts are second to none and will suit all tastes and appetites. We are situated on Plymouths historic Hoe area and only a five minute walk from the shopping centre and the Historic Barbican with its lively bars and restaurants. We have limited parking at the rear of the hotel on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved, however on-street parking is available within 200yds of the hotel. Please note we take full room payment upon arrival and the hotel is all non-smoking. This is strictly enforced and customers will be charged for fumigation if caught smoking within the confines of the hotel.
