Something Different

Bim's Kitchen Here at Cornwall in Focus we are always looking for that something a little different. On a recent trip to Padstow we purchased some Bim's Kitchen products from Rick Stein's Delicatessen. These unique sauces, spices and rubs are produced using African spices and ingredients and as far as we can tell are something unique. These products, whilst not Cornish, work wonderfully with our fresh local fish, meats and vegetables and our growing selection of local cheeses and are certainly Something Different!
