Gordon Ramsay to open a restaurant in St. Ives?

There is intense speculation currently that Gordon Ramsay (or is it another Celebrity Chef) is about to open a restaurant in St. Ives. Below the current bus station at the Malakoff lies the site of the former Tilly’s Tea Room. Over recent months there has been a great deal of activity renovating the area, with Mr Ramsay's name mentioned as he was spotted in the town last year.
